Quality

Jonroux conforms to ISO 9001:2015. With all that we do, quality assurance and quality control is an integral part of how Jonroux Builders & Contractors manages our projects. For us, ensuring optimal outcomes stems from one of our core values—performance. To perform to the best of our ability means we can never compromise having high standards.

Quality control is a management system that focuses on construction quality: a final building or renovated space that is leak free with finishes that age well and stand the test of time. Achieving quality in construction goes beyond the associates of a construction company alone and extends to trade partners who will be putting the work in place.

Our site-specific quality control plans are centred around a proactive mentality of managing quality through the major phases of the project.

Enviromental

Jonroux conforms to ISO 14001:2015. We take some extra time to look around your site. Consider the elements such as the types of vegetation on the site and how much of it should be cleared. We will ensure you have protection for vegetation that is to remain in place. This can help save costs and time taken for regeneration. We will also be careful when doing any works adjacent to natural courses of water to avoid any contamination of the water.

We also have a robust waste management plan that clearly defines waste management that includes elements such as the use of waste tracking forms to determine the amount of waste and recycled materials for each project. Provision of separate bins for general waste and recyclables and to ensure materials such as steel, aluminium, copper, paper, cardboard is recycled, where possible. We make provision of environmental containment to prevent escape of waste, soil, debris, or spills and provide solutions such as physical barriers, services isolations, mats, and regular cleaning to maintain air quality and minimise dust.

Construction works are a major source of noise pollution – mostly using construction machinery. Most often, construction sites are near residences and businesses. We take note of any local construction time restrictions and be considerate to neighbours and communicate regularly – keep everyone informed.
